Our graduate training programme is underpinned by a development framework that broadens and deepens your knowledge. You'll learn from hands-on coaching and an outstanding variety of work, picking up business, personal and technical skills you can use across the network, and throughout your career.

 

What you'll do

You’ll have the opportunity to work across a number of these areas over a two year period before you specialise in your chosen field. Day to day, you may be working on a mixture of client projects and research and development projects. This may involve:

  • Supporting Enablement and Tech Delivery
  • Supporting product management, Innovative workshops and sprints.
  • Assisting with the project management of different initiatives: helping with project plans; keeping track of deadlines, responsibilities and accountabilities; driving actions to achieve desired outcomes
  • Building strong relationships and communicating effectively with our senior stakeholders
  • Data manipulation and visualisation
  • Building applications

What you'll need

You'll need to have or be on course to pass an undergraduate degree or above in any subject. We determine whether you're on course to pass. based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study. The subject of your degree is not important; however, you'll need to demonstrate a passion for a career in technology and how organisations use it.
