Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Provide pre and post-sale, technical support to customers and sales teams following established procedures, within a timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Provide a product demonstration service to sales teams and customers both on site as well as by utilising our eStudio and demo lab
  • eStudio equipment champion for the lab division
  • Support management of demo stock and demo stock transfers
  • Take ownership of the continuous improvement of these services
  • LabX specialist in the UK, delivering technical support as well as demos, training and method development, both on site and remote.
  • Customers visits in a consultancy approach to help improve processes.
  • Internal LabX training for existing and new colleagues, for knowledge transfer and maintaining the levels of knowledge within the UK team.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Pharmaceutical/Testing Laboratory/Healthcare Laboratory Experience.
  • Customer Service/Customer facing experience.
  • Chemical Science, Chemistry, Biochem, Biomedical Science, Analytical Chemistry. Knowledge of analytical instruments – Hardware and Software.
  • Problem Solver, complaint handling, continuous improvement and keen to learn new skills.
  • Good presentation skills is essential.
  • Chemistry or analytical science degree would be advantageous
