We are currently looking for a Sales Team Leader to join our team.

What will you do?

  • Be responsible of the achievement of the UK Pipette SBU sales target and business objectives
  • Drive the growth of e-commerce within the pipette team
  • Execute group and company strategies and processes to enable continuous improvement and continuity within the sales team and process
  • Provide guidance and coaching to the sales team to drive overall performance and maintain good team morale.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with lots of internal and external parties
  • Regularly review skills levels within the team and, where necessary, organise and implement training to fill gaps in competence
  • Liaise with the other Laboratory Division sales managers and team leaders to ensure common standards of performance and sales management

What you will you bring?

  • Field Sales and/or sales management experience in project-driven, value-based sales
  • Previous experience in or exposure to core segments in the workplaces of Research and Development and/or Quality in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Academia or Food
  • Ability to demonstrate skills and experience in coaching and development, resource management, direction with the expectation of achieving sales goal
  • BSc degree or higher in a science field is preferred.
