We are currently looking for a Sales Team Leader in our Lab division to join our team.

What will you do?

  • Achievement of MTUK AnaChem (Analytical Chemistry) Sales Target and Business Objectives
  • Provide market feedback to laboratory management to help the division respond to changing market demands and develop new products and services
  • Be an active member of the Laboratory Leadership Team and contribute to Divisional success, and in line with the Company's strategic initiatives
  • Assist AnaChem Sales Team with formulating Business Development plans for Target accounts
  • Maintain close liaison with AnaChem sales team, and internal support functions to ensure effective implementation of account plans
  • Together with AnaChem Management Team continuously assess and prioritise accounts to ensure effective use of resource and to maximise returns
What You Need to Succeed
  • Well established track record of winning,
  • Developing and growing accounts.
  • Experience of identifying and acting on growth initiatives.
  • Demonstrable experience or involvement in leadership, management and coaching in business situations.
  • Problem solving.
